Impeccable Positive: La résidence très calme Negative: Compliqué de s’y rendre sans Uber

Negative: Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. My elderly parents stayed in this apartment during a very difficult family situation and were hoping for a quiet and comfortable stay. Upon arrival, they were unable to open the sofa bed, and despite several messages requesting assistance, communication was slow and unhelpful. The most upsetting incident was that someone entered the apartment using a key without my parents’ permission. This caused them significant stress and fear, especially as my father has a heart condition. Although an apology was made afterwards, the situation should not have happened in the first place. The apartment itself was acceptable, but the lack of communication and the distress caused during the stay made the overall experience disappointing.
