Negative: Unfortunately, the apartment was in poor condition. There was a strong musty smell and visible mould, with peeling and cracked paint on the walls and ceiling. Several cabinets were loose, and one of the lights was broken and hanging only by its cables. The air conditioner was damaged, although it still worked. The shower drain was blocked, causing the bathroom to flood while showering. The toilet also had no window or ventilation. I also requested an extra blanket several times before our arrival, but the request was repeatedly refused. Overall, the apartment needs significant maintenance and a much more thorough cleaning. The photos show some of the issues we encountered.

Horrible, à fuir ! Positive: L’appartement paraît incroyable en photo et malheureusement ça ne reflète absolument pas la réalité. Negative: Tous les meubles sont de travers, la planche de toilette ne tient pas dessus, moisissures dans la chambre. Nous avons pris une première douche et l’eau a coulé jusque dans la chambre car l’évacuation n’était pas fonctionnelle. Nous avons prévenu l’agence en charge qui nous a gentiment demandé de ne plus prendre de douche de tout notre séjour et qui a fait intervenir quelqu’un le lendemain sans nous prévenir de sa venue. Cette personne est partie en laissant lumières et fenêtres ouvertes ce qui nous a valu une nuit pleine de moustiques. Le problème n’étant pas résolu l’eau a fini par couler jusque dans le salon… Honteux !

Negative: The apartment needs a renovation…. It is not like the pictures and smells musty… Just also want to warn that after 6pm there are no buses that go near the apartment, and in the weekends the bus also has limited passages.

Apartament katastrofa Positive: Obiekt nie powinien być wynajmowany Negative: Zdjęcia wyglądały całkiem inaczej niż rzeczywistość. Na ścianach grzyb, prysznic nie działał i spływ był zatkany. Działała tylko deszczownica ale po kostki stało się w wodzie, która potem spływała. Na sofie nie dało się spać bo była bardzo brudna i poplamiona, nawet jej nie dotykaliśmy. 3 osoby spały na łóżku sypialnianym, na niewygodnym materacu. Nawet w szafie odpadał wieszak na ubrania. W kuchni robaki, strach otwierać szafki, raczej nie da się tam przygotować nawet śniadania . Oczywiście składaliśmy reklamację, ale dogadanie jest niemożliwe. Chcą anulowali rezerwację, ale oczywiście anulacja powoduje, że nie zwracają środków. Obiekt położony na górze, trudne dojście do plaży, trzeba jechać autobusem. Obiekt nadaje się do remontu, nikt nie powinien tam mieszkać. Zapach grzyba i stęchlizny w całym apartamencie. Booking też nie dogadał się z właścicielem .Opinie pozytywne musiały być napisane przez właścicieli.

Calm and relaxing stay for a couple Positive: Pleasant view from the terrace, to the city. The balcony is quite enjoyable for an afternoon siesta. Effective air conditioning. Negative: Situated up on the hillside, need to climb stairs. We asked for a blanket for the 3rd guest but we have not received. There was an unpleasant blockage in the bathroom tub which was not created by us.
