Negative: ★☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, it was obvious that the apartment had not been cleaned before our check-in. The floors were dirty, and in one of the bedrooms we found personal belongings left behind by previous guests, including socks, a toothbrush, and other items. It genuinely looked as though the apartment had not been cleaned at all. I contacted the host immediately. They did send a cleaning team, but this happened after we had already checked in and started celebrating with our group of friends. It was very inconvenient and could have been completely avoided if the apartment had been properly prepared before our arrival. The house rules require guests to wash their dishes before check-out, yet there wasn’t even a kitchen cloth or sponge available to do so. There were also no trash bags or other basic essentials. Even after the second cleaning, these issues were not resolved. The refrigerator was also not working properly, so we couldn’t even keep our water and food cold. I also want to mention the noise. The apartment is located right next to the railway tracks, but the listing does not make it clear just how loud it is. There is virtually no sound insulation, and every passing train sounded as if it was going straight through the apartment. Getting a good night’s sleep was almost impossible. Unfortunately, because of all these issues, I cannot recommend this property.
