Very Nice ;)
Positive: Comfortable, cozy, quiet and clean apartment with air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. Tram line 2 runs conveniently from the Airport to the Port Lympia terminus, from where it is a short walk to the apartment. Friendly and quick responses to questions.
Negative: The pickup location for the keys was a bit unusual; read the instructions carefully.
