For the first time leaving a bad review due to lack of communication and assistance when needed Positive: The location, the kitchen Negative: Honestly, I travel a lot and I have never written a bad review. But this one was an experience I never had before. The lack of communication and help... I really have no words. My friend and I have arrived 10pm and we had to search for the key from 2 pages long instructions. The key was hidden between motorbikes behind the building in front of a place filled with older men drinking. It was not comfortable at all for two girls with suitcases to search around motorbikes late at night. When we arrived we didnt have internet. When I sent a message on booking all i was getting is we are sorry for the inconvenience. When I sent a message on whatsapp to the number on the booking all i got was this is a personal number dont contact us here send on booking. The next day we didnt have electricity in the evening time and again we didnt get any help for some time. After a few angry messages and calls someone decided to help us find electricity box. We couldnt communicate with our family we couldnt do our online work and we didnt feel safe without internet and electricity! The handle from the entrance door was falling off and we couldnt lock from inside. As you can imagine, we didnt feel safe as two girls Travelling alone and also the lack of communication was a serious problem. It really ruined our experience which is a shame. France is beautiful and riviera is really worth the visit. And this place could be a real gem if they just learn some basics of communication and assisting guests with basic needs like internet electricity. Also leaving the key in a random unsecure place is really unnecessary.

Magnifique appartement. Positive: L'emplacement du lieu, la décoration très jolie, quartier calme et en même temps proche du centre. Appartement lumineux et moderne. Negative: Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas.
