Positive: The room is really nice, just like in the photos. It’s cozy, in a great location close to the city center, but still very quiet. The AC works well, and overall, it’s a really good option for the price. Negative: It was a bit difficult to enter the apartmemt at the first time, because even when following the instructions exactly - nothing happens at the first step when you’re supposed to hold the intercom button for 15 seconds. We were just lucky that some passers-by opened the door for us.

Very disappointing considering the cost. I would not stay there again. Positive: Good location Negative: Getting into property was a major problem. No instructions until very late afternoon and I had rang the number supplied but no one had answered. The bed upstairs is far too close to the ceiling meaning you can’t stand up straight and the heat was terrible. We slept for 4 nights on sofa bed as a result.

Air conditioning 10degrees power setting insufficient to cover upstairs. No fault checks undertaken Positive: The location was good and fairly quiet for being on a busy street. Negative: Air conditioning totally insufficient. Fans required. Floors throughout were dirty and entrance vestibule required cleaning. Stairs to mezzanine too narrow and steep. Shower room mirror broken and unsafe and towel hooks require screw, also bit missing from shower rail. Toilet seat slack. No bulb in bedroom lamp. No plug in shower room sink. Overall, maintenance required in this apartment and a proper full check made after each let.

Komfortní ubytování v krásné lokalitě. Positive: Úžasná lokalita, perfektní čistota bytu,byt je útulný, výborné vybavení bytu. Negative: V koupelně větší opotřebení, amatérsky připevněné věšáky na ručníky, náročný přístup ke kódu ke klíčům pouze po delším hledáním v aplikaci.

Lage top , Vermieter Flop Positive: Die Lage ist perfekt Negative: Um den Schlüssel zu bekommen braucht man viel Nerven und Geduld. In die Eingangstüre kommt man nicht rein, ohne alle Nachbarn zu stören. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht! Der Fernseher ohne Internet auch nicht!!! Die Birne für die Lampe fehlt
