Positive: La proximité de la vieille ville. Negative: Le studio n'était pas correctement ventilé. Une odeur de moisi régnait dans l'appartement. Quelques équipements étaient de basse qualité ( l'abbatant des toilettes était cassé).

Zentrale Lage, aber viele Mängel Positive: Für ein paar Tage Nizza ist das Appartement okay Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten in der Altstadt Außerdem gab es einen Strandschirm, das war sehr praktisch und es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die uns gerettet hat, da es nachts sehr stickig wurde. Negative: Es gab leider einige Mängel Wir hatten große Probleme mit der Eingangstür, da diese sehr stark klemmt und das Öffnen jedes Mal eine Herausforderung war. Wir haben der Vermietung auch Bescheid gegeben. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr spärlich ausgestattet, es gab außerdem weder Handseife noch eine Duschmatte, wodurch das gesamte Bad leider jedes Mal unter Wasser gesetzt wurde, da man bei leicht erhöhtem Wasserdruck rausduscht. Für Stauballergiker*innen nicht geeignet!

Warning, look else where for accomodation. Negative: WARNING. Don't stay here. I would not recommend anyone stay here. About 10 minutes after we checked in, someone started banging on the door. It turned out to be a maintenance worker who didn't speak English and needed to come in to repair a broken wardrobe. The host had not informed us that anyone would be coming. Even worse, the maintenance worker had his own key and let himself into the apartment. It felt extremely unprofessional, uncomfortable, and frightening. The host did not once apologize but wrote in what's app that it was for our sake. The apartment is incredibly loud and you hear everything and everyone outside. It felt like the apartment was falling apart. The bathroom door is a sliding door with large gaps, offering almost no privacy. The shower head fell down while we were showering, and the faucet nozzle on the bathroom sink is loose. The bed is broken and squeaks loudly. The heated towel rail is stained and dirty. To summarize, look else where for accomodation.

Not bad Positive: Nice location and the aircon works perfectly Negative: The bed was awful the slats kept coming off throughout our stay. After reading other reviews, it's clear this has been an ongoing issue that multiple guests have already raised. Realistically, this should have been fixed long before we arrived. It's disappointing that the owners haven't addressed a problem that's clearly been affecting guests for some time, and it gives the impression they're cutting corners rather than properly maintaining the property. # cheap skates
