Perfectly fine!❤️ Positive: The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance of everything. The apartment was a comfortable size for two people, the amenities were good, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The only thing I would suggest is updating or replacing the air conditioner, as we had some difficulty getting it to work. Also, although the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, I think larger pillows would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you again to the host for a lovely stay. It’s a great place and excellent value for the price! Negative: It would be nice to have a bit more usable storage space, as some of the cabinets appeared to be decorative rather than functional

Great apartment Positive: Everything was perfect. The location, the apartment itself. The staff was very nice to me as well and it was very easy to work with them. The place is perfect if you just want to explore the city all day and have a small place just to sleep for a couple of nights. Negative: The only thing that is an issue is that the place is in the center so sometimes it can be a little bit noisy. But thats not an issue if you sleep easily like me...

Great place, comfortable, clean and excellent amenities and AC. Positive: Excellent location, ice cold AC, comfortable and clean. The hosts were responsive and had provided many thoughtful and useful touches. It has basically everything you need. Negative: If you need a very quiet stay you might struggle. It’s bearable, but despite having great windows there is still a fair amount of street noise. You may need to ask about the stove top - it was not functioning when I arrived but I left before they had a chance to fix it (which was offered immediately).

It is situated right in the heart of Nice Old Town, making it very easy to explore the city on foot, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within walking distance. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We received clear instructions before arrival, including a detailed guide explaining how to reach the property and where to find the keys, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartment has the necessary kitchen utensils for preparing simple meals, which was appreciated. Negative: However, there is no proper table where you can comfortably sit and eat. The room itself is quite small, and there are no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom to hang towels, which is inconvenient during a longer stay. The lighting in the room is also rather dim, making the space feel darker than expected. In addition, the sound insulation could be improved, as noise from outside and neighboring apartments can be heard quite easily. Overall, it is a good option if your priority is the excellent location, but a few practical improvements would make the stay much more comfortable.
