荷物の少ない短期滞在にオススメです。 Positive: 清潔です。 Negative: エレベーターがなく、荷物を持って長い階段が本当に辛いです。ティッシュは持って行かないといけないです。アパートですが、洗濯機がありませんでした。

Bazı sorunlar vardı ama Genel olarak güzeldi. Positive: 1-Konumu çok güzel direkt oldtown un içinde tramvay hattına ve denize de çok yakın. 2-Ev eski bir yapının içinde, yeni dekore edilmiş, buzdolabı, Mutfak eşyaları, kahve makinesi, temizlik eşyaları, ütü, çamaşır asma aparatı vb. Herşey düşünülmüş ve yeniydi. Üst katta mutfak ve eşyalar için bir olan var.Alt katta ise yatak odası, banyo ve banyodan ayrı çok küçük bir tuvalet alanı olarak planlanmış. 3-Her iki katta da klima vardı ve gerçekten iyi çalışıyordu. 4- Check-in çok rahattı, fotoğraflarla kolayca izah edilmiş ve tüm talimatlar yazıyordu. Konaklama boyunca Ev sahibi iletişimi de çok güzeldi. 4-Kadın yalnız gezgin olarak bir sorun olmadan konakladım. Negative: 1-En büyük sorun Özellikle akşam saatlerinde tuvaletten evin içerisine çok kötü bir koku yayılıyor. Havalandırma olarak ise üst ve alt katta 2 küçük pencere var ve bina boşluğuna bakıyor camı açsanız da yeterince hava almıyor sonuç olarak o koku ile konaklıyorsunuz. Eski bir bina biliyorum ama bu durum beni çok rahatsız etti. 2-Daire Giriş kapısı çok güvenli değil, tavsiyem içerden de bir kilit olmalı, ufak bir seste eve biri giriyor korkusu rahatsız edici olabiliyor. Güvenli hissettirmiyor.Tedirgin ediyor. 3- Ev Eski bir binanın içinde en üst katında bulunuyor ve asansör yok.Eve sık gelip giden biri için yada sağlık sorunu olanlar için problemli olabilir. 4- Herşey çok yeniydi bu güzel ama havluların direkt etiketiyle konulması yerine bi kere yıkanmasını tercih ederdim.

Negative: Aircon upstairs broken Bed broken - sleeping was uncomfortable and bed on a slant due to missing legs at the end of frame (very visible but no effort to fix) Wifi broken (fixed but no real communication on it being a new wifi modem and never connected to tv so couldn’t watch) Sink in toilet doesn’t drain

Good location clean apartment no internet was a significant handicap Positive: Great location and very clean. Negative: The internet did not work and that was a really a pain. They said they could not fix it during our stay. In addition our 5G did not work either in the apartment which was rather odd. The building itself is odd and has a strong stinky smell as you enter but the apartment is nice and clean.

Nice location but loud building and WiFi not working Positive: Lovely location, very central, close to the beach and many points of interest. Fairly well cleaned and tidy. Negative: The apartment is located on the top floor of an old building (approximately 100+ steps with no lift). This is not well advertised and it should. The apartment in itself is okay, but the wifi never worked throughout our stay and we had no signal in the main living / sleeping area. We messaged the hosts but nothing was done to fix it. There was not enough hot water for two showers and the person showering second had lukewarm water for the two nights we were there. Not a huge issue as the outside temperature was mild enough, but just inconvenient. There are no curtains so it can be very bright in the morning. Lastly one thing to note is that the bed is actually a sofa bed so it's quite small and a bit uncomfortable. While not necessarily an issue with the flat in itself, we found the building to be very loud (a neighbor had loud banging music until 11pm and we could hear all types of noises as the door and walls are not well insulated).
